Russ has outstanding mathematical abilities utilized in numerous business applications. He has expertise in public relations, management, and communication skills with a Masters Degree.  Excellent abilities in Human Resource Management.  Operations and administrative management accomplishments included creating and developing a new college, establishing curriculums, and recruiting students and faculty.  Expanded scope of operations by creating marketing, advertising and fundraising programs.  Strong public speaking skills.  Experienced in all aspects of budgeting, finance and business operations.
